Last year, NEET cut-off scores for the very general category, for the most part, were 720-147, while for SC/ST/OBC it particularly was 146-113, which for all intents and purposes is fairly significant. NEET-UG exam was held on September 12, 2021. The state-wise NEET 2021 cutoff for granting admission will be released by the state competent authority, contrary to popular belief.

But as we all know it is the cut-off marks that are just qualifying you to go to a medical college but we know the scarcity of the medical sheets in India it’s really difficult to get admission in medical college with just cut-off marks. We don’t want you to get disappointed but wanted you to get aware of the current scenario as it is better to know a bitter truth than a sweet lie.
Once there was a time when students were not able to cross the line of 700 but with the increasing competition, students are getting level up & now a times students are securing full marks i.e. 720 out of 720 which itself is insane. Here we are predicting some marks which are needed to get in good BHMS or BAMS college
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medical and Surgery (BHMS) actually are the most preferable courses by any NEET aspirant. Students are also attracted towards the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) too, which generally is fairly significant.
To really get admission to BHMS or BAMS Government college, you need to get anywhere between 350-450 marks in NEET for an open category where as for the OBC category you can expect 20-30 marks relaxation i.e. anywhere between 320- 450 would be great & for EWS category as they don’t have much difference but you can expect 10-15 marks relaxation, and for SC/ST category you can really think of marks above 270 would be sufficient, understand this it is not the sole and ultimate verdict but it is expected to be. As the final cut-off marks, we can only say after the final rounds of All India Quota and State Quota itself. These marks are contrary to popular belief.
For the most part of the country above marks will be valid but don’t get disoriented as it was just an exam still the whole life is ahead of you, as if you haven’t secure such marks there are lots of other private/deemed university which can give you admission in your desire field usually it is observed that there is significant marks fall in marks between a government medical college and a private medical college as it attracted a good sum of money.
