1. Education and Licensing

  • Obtain a BHMS degree from a recognized homeopathic medical college.
  • Register with the State Homeopathic Council or the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH) for a valid license.

2. Homepathic Clinic Setup

  • Ensure the clinic space accommodates essentials for a doctor’s table, consultation chair, two stools/ chairs, an examination bed of the size 6 ft X 2.5 ft., and a privacy screen around the examination area while having free mobility.
  • The minimum area requirement is 150 square feet per clinic.

5. Business Structure & GST

  • Decide on the legal structure – sole proprietorship, partnership, or private limited company.
  • Register for GST if your clinic’s annual turnover exceeds the prescribed threshold.
